The evolution of John Denoon's career began in quantity surveying. After gaining considerable practical experience in building and construction John then became the founding partner of Wills Denoon & Partners Pty Limited, Architects, Planners and Building Economists. The firm quickly joined the ranks of Australia's largest leading architects and in 1980, after  ten years involvement in the growth of the practice, John decided to establish his own property and construction consulting business; John Denoon & Associates Pty Limited. Providing quality advice to financial institutions on their involvement in the property sector being the main focus of his organization. In 1984 John decided to reduce his involvement in this area and concentrate fully on property development. Within another short four years, he was then involved in the development of projects such as high rise city office buildings, suburban offices, retail, residential and both tourism and leisure buildings; some of which were valued at over $3 billion. This involvement is the best tribute to John's property achievements. With all of the above experience John Denoon combines expertise in development, construction, finance and, most importantly, in understanding the workings of the property market. John's experience points the way to the future – continuing successful growth in property.
