Mr Glenn Collins

Glenn Collins has a defined path of property experience in excess of forty years. The progression of Glenn Collins career started in real estate initially working as a Real Estate Salesman, for Meriton Properties in 1970. Glenn quickly progressed into the position of Development Manager, responsible directly to Mr Harry Triguboff owner and founder of Meriton Properties. With extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate, Glenn became familiar with all facets of real estate development types and government dealings. In 1973 Glenn was registered as a Real Estate Valuer and promoted to Development Manager with Meriton Properties for the purposes of acquiring and negotiating all acquisitions on behalf of the company. Glenn's ability to deal proficiently with councils and numerous government departments to achieve expedited approvals is well known throughout the Real Estate fraternity.  In 1999 Albany Creek Investments became a family Property Development company. Since its inception Glenn and his niche team of professionals have created numerous up-market profitable developments. Additionally through out the late nineties Glenn has been instrumental in an advising numerous macro developers in Sydney; these included but were not limited to Saab Property Group (currently building a 44 level building at 2 Cunningham Street), Charter Hall CEO David Harrison, Greenscliff Fraser Developments Pty Ltd, off shore clients Deju Housing and Dr. Stanley Quek,. Vertical developments would participate passively in these development opportunities.
