Phase 1

During the initial phases of design and construction, Vertical Development Group puts together a working project portfolio including ongoing project management and design specifications; timelines; work reviews; budget and cash flow analysis. 

Phase 2

The working portfolio is updated with a complete set of detailed plans which indicate, among other things, lighting, joinery, plumbing, structural calculations. Also included in this portfolio are all subcontractor invoices and/or estimates and suppliers invoices/estimates.
